What Is Campsgiving?
Join us for Campsgiving, part “summer camp” part Holiday celebration at Sound View Camp & Retreat Center. Gather with friends and family for a weekend of gratitude, outdoor adventure, and community. Think campfires, shared meals, games, nature walks, reflection, and connection.

All are welcome at Sound View’s “Campsgiving”, whether you’re a young family away from home, someone looking for renewed connection with nature or you’re a social butterfly who want to come experience a relaxed Thanksgiving gathering.

We will be hosting minimal activities during this weekend of events. Likely we will have a welcome fire at check-in, cartoons in the evening, arts and crafts during the day.

Our campy take on “Thanksgiving Dinner” will be Saturday night, feel free to join us for only dinner, for the day, or for the whole weekend.

If you’re looking for a warm, quiet evening, book a reservation for one of our Agape or Chalet cabins in our “shire” area.

If you’re looking for community or are a group of families, book a reservation for Calvinwood, Lakewood or Fircrest Lodge.

If you’re brave, make a reservation to bring in your own RV or camper or even a tent!
