ASSISTANT DIRECTOR POSITION
Sound View is looking for someone with a heart for God’s work in the community and a lifestyle that reflects our mission of “God’s Kingdom First.” The Assistant Director will help develop, recruit and train staff as well as manage summer camps, off-season conferences, and program activities for guest groups. The Assistant Director will also run Sound View’s Challenge Course and oversee other camp activities such as Waterfront; Paintball; Archery, Arts and Crafts, etc. Other responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of program equipment and facilities. Youth Leader Workshop Retreat - February 3-5, 2012
- Cost: $40
- Starts Friday Feb. 3rd (No Dinner Served this night)

Ends Sunday Feb. 5th (No lunch Served this day)
- This retreat is a chance for Youth Leaders, Volunteers, and Teachers to come together to share, listen, and learn from each other. During the weekend you’ll have a chance to take part in different breakout groups. Breakout discussions will be based around either a topic chosen by the group or one a particular leader is passionate and willing to lead. Please let us know if you would like to help out by either facilitating a breakout group or planning a topic of discussion.

Leadership Retreat - February 24-26, 2012. Grades 9 - College (if not in college select grade 13).
- Are you ready to step it up a notch at school, home, or church? What does it mean to be a good Christian leader today? Come to the Leadership Retreat for the answers to these questions and more.
- Arrive 7:30 PM Friday, (no dinner served). Depart 11:00 AM Sunday, (no lunch served).
- Cost: $60, Put your knowledge to use in a Paintball Land-Navigation Scrimmage ($20 extra).

Facilitator Training - March 16-18, 2012. Ages 16 and up.
- Come and learn for the first time, or refresh your skills as a high and low-course facilitator. You will be learning how to dynamically facilitate low-course team-building obstacles and about gear and elements in the high-course. This training is the first step in becoming a paid certified Sound View Facilitator. If you are interested in only high or low course, you should still attend.
- Cost: $65
- Arrive 7:30pm, (no dinner served), Depart 4:30pm, (no dinner served).

WHAT IS SOUND VIEW CAMP?
Sound View is a Presbyterian run Christian camp. We are located on the Key Peninsula within an hour and a half of most major cities in the Puget Sound Region like Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma, or Bremerton.
Our real specialty are our summer camps that we run for youth and families. Check out photos and

Our facilities rentals, team building, challenge course, and paintball fields are also very popular. We have helped all sorts of groups plan retreats to meet their specific needs. The "facilities" and "services" links to the left provide more information!
