Do you enjoy working with children and youth?
Do you like spending time outdoors?
Are you looking to grow and share your faith with others?
Do you want a summer job that is fun and enriching?

Here at Sound View Camp & Retreat Center, being on summer staff is more than just a job.  Summer staff live and work together in an intentional Christian community.  We see this time together as an opportunity to grow and minister to each other and our campers.

Sound View consists of 105 beautiful, forested acres directly on the Puget Sound.  We have a world-class ropes course, archery range, paintball fields, waterfront, and more.  Our summer campers are able to experience and learn new things through every activity.

Our seven paid days of staff training will prepare you to confidently take care of and lead summer campers, as well as grow on a personal level.

All positions are paid, and include room and board. Staff stay in a comfortable lodge during staff training, while leaders stay with their campers in our platform tents during camp sessions.

Staff training begins on July 2, 2017 and the last day of staff commitment is on August 5.
