Dad and Me Camp

A wonderful way for dads/uncles/grandpas and kids to get away for the weekend and learn new things such as:

  • start an outdoor fire and cook something tasty

  • shoot arrows

  • paddle a canoe

  • create a craft project

  • learn about our farm and garden

  • go on a nature hike

  • sing songs at the campfire

  • make s'mores

  • explore the tidal zone

  • go down the zip line

  • enjoy great food and have lots of fun!

$60 - ages 13+
$45 - ages 6 to 12

TAFFY Week

Go ahead! Take a day, or two, or three off from work and come to camp with your family to relax, or run around camp. We will have all of the activities open for you to enjoy an amazing 24 hours - 4:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Rover - Session 1

Rovers are “roving leaders” who help with all aspects of camp. They may be the 2nd person in the cabin, running errands, washing dishes, on the waterfront, assisting at activities or even helping with maintenance. We can’t pay you as a rover but you can have a wonderful volunteer experience at an amazing place while making a difference to all those that Sound View serves.

Part of the Key Peninsula Farm Tour. Come to Sound View to feel like you’re at summer camp again -- pet a llama, sing some songs around the campfire, take a guided nature walk through our property, and shoot an arrow!

Project X 20

This is a spur-of-the-moment, lets-get-this-done, work Saturday for 10 (X - get it?) carpentry-minded adults and a let's-play-and-try-new-things-out with amazing adult supervision for up to 20 kids. (ages 8 and up). It is an X-20 Saturday!
