Hi! I’m Hayley and I am the food service manager for Sound View.  I take great pride in feeding the guests who visit this remarkable site and I will try very hard to work with you in making sure that your dietary restrictions are attended to. These are some guidelines that we have adopted for our kitchen which pertain to our budgetary and kitchen size restraints:

  1. I am always happy to consult with you by email or in person.

  3. I try to accommodate all dietary restrictions but I may have limitations depending on the severity. We will be h

  4. There are always vegetarian options. We serve up a full salad bar lunch and dinner and a fruit/yogurt bar for breakfast, I do not usually cook up completely different meals to accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests.

  5. If the main course is a sandwich, we will have gluten-free bread available. If you want gluten-free bread during other meals, you will have to supply your own
