Guest Group Cancellation and Deposit:

• More than 120 days prior to event: full refund minus $50 admin fee
• More than 90 days prior to event: half refund minus $50 admin fee
• 90 days or less prior to event: No refund

When Signed up for a Sound View Event:

• For summer events deposits are fully refundable until 35 days before the first summer program
• For other events, deposits are fully refundable until 30 days before the scheduled event
